Path to Ownership

The first step in the ownership process is a non-binding indication of interest to SyD Vessel Management. We would ask you to fill out an online questionnaire so that we could get to know you a little. A few phone calls, some e-mails back and forth and you may have a real interest in a one fourth ownership of our yacht. At this step we think that a $10,000, fully refundable deposit is called for. These funds will be held in our attorney's trust account and will be immediately returned to you, at your request, if you think that this enterprise is not right for you.

At this point, either Sandi or Doug, or both of us, would visit with you so that we all could know each other. You need to see "the cut of our jib" and vice versa. It is our intent to become personally acquainted with all of our owners. This will provide a basis for a working relationship that will last the full four year life of the L.L.C.

If you decide to become one of our L.L.C. partners, the full amount (or financing if desired) will be due when all four partners are in place and ready to close.
